Niger procures N162m Water Treatment Chemicals

Niger State government said it has concluded plans to bring to an end years of water related problems with improved quality and quantity of water supplied to its citizenry  as it recently procured water treatment chemicals worth N162 million

The Commissioner for Water Resources and Rural Development, Cadiz El-Abdullahi said the state government decided to procure enough treatment that could last for at least 12 months to prevent the outbreak of water borne diseases as a result of contaminated water in the state.
