Labour: Standard Bank supports 1.9m jobs in Sub-Saharan Africa – Report

Standard Chartered Bank has supported some 1.9 million jobs in Sub-Saharan Africa, equivalent to around 0.6 per cent of the region’s total workforce, according to an independent report on the social and economic impact of the bank’s operations in Africa, looking at the value added to the economy and how it supports trade and employment.
