#Health: Govt begins rural development projects
The Ogun state government has concluded plans to embark on
infrastructural development projects in some rural communities in the state.
The state Commissioner for Community Development and Co-operatives, Mr Gbenga
Adenmosun, said this during a ceremony organized by the Orimerunmu Development
Board to formally launch some infrastructural programmes in Orimeunmi Town,
Mowe.

#Economy: Nigeria’s total export slumped by over 40%in 2015
Nigeria’s total exports slumped 40.3 percent to N9.7288
trillion in 2015, from N16.304 trillion in 2014, pulling total trade down
significantly. The National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) said in a report at the
weekend that the country’s total trade recorded at N16.4268 trillion dropped as
much as 30.6 percent below the N7.2516 trillion total trade values recorded for
2014.
